These Lead Generation Terms govern how [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("JobDeposit," "we," "us") matches and delivers Homeowner remodeling project requests ("Leads") to Contractors on the JobDeposit Platform. They supplement the Terms of Service, Contractor Agreement, Verification Badge Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy.
A "Lead" is a Homeowner project request submitted on the Platform specifying a remodeling trade (roofing, tile, flooring, kitchenbath, or painting), an eligible service-area ZIP code (SERVICESTATES), a project description, and an estimated budget. JobDeposit matches and delivers Leads only to Contractors who hold an active Verified Pro trust badge (see the Verification Badge Disclaimer) and serve that trade and ZIP code.
When a Homeowner submits a project request, the Homeowner consents to JobDeposit sharing their name, contact information, and project details with up to [MAX MATCHED CONTRACTORS, e.g., 3–5] matched Verified Pro Contractors, and to being contacted by those identified Contractors and by JobDeposit (including via automated calls, SMS text messages under the SMS Terms, and email) at the phone number and email address provided. Matched Contractors may view, accept, or decline a Lead in their Pro lead inbox. Accepting a Lead allows the Contractor and Homeowner to scope the remodeling project, agree on milestones and tasks, and fund a held deposit governed by the Payment & Funds-Holding Terms. We do not guarantee Lead volume, accuracy, Homeowner responsiveness, or that any Lead will convert into a funded project.
Leads are priced according to [LEAD PRICING SCHEDULE, e.g., per delivered/accepted lead or subscription tier]. Contractors may request a Lead credit within [7] days of delivery by contacting [SUPPORT EMAIL] if a Lead is demonstrably invalid (disconnected phone number, duplicate request, property outside our supported service area, or submitted by a non-homeowner). Credit determinations are made at JobDeposit's reasonable discretion.
Leads are shared with multiple matched Verified Pro Contractors (non-exclusive) unless expressly labeled exclusive at the time of delivery.
Contractors may use Lead data solely to respond to the specific Homeowner project request on JobDeposit. Contractors may not resell, broker, export, or share Lead data with third parties, use Lead contact details for unrelated marketing, or solicit off-Platform payment in violation of the non-circumvention rules in the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. Contractors must delete Lead contact information upon request or when no longer needed for the project.
JobDeposit operates solely as an online marketplace and milestone-payment workflow provider and does not negotiate, solicit, estimate, or execute home-improvement contracts on behalf of Contractors. [ATTORNEY: confirm state home-improvement salesperson registration exemptions.]
